We work with universities and research centers' Technology Transfer Offices to review and identify technologies. After thorough technical and market analysis, we secure an option to IP and garner innovator support to begin the next step in our process: Founding.

2. Found​​

During the technology option term, we identify qualified leadership, carry out customer discovery, and solidify a go-to-market plan, and secure pre-capital commitments.

3. Company Launch​​

Innovyz USA provides pre-fundraise operating capital so company leadership can execute on their business beginning day 1. This new company operates independently, while utilizing Innovyz's advisory services and core resources.

4. Capital Raise​​

We facilitate capital raises to reduce our portfolio companies' fundraising burden. Patient, private capital services - primarily Family Offices - allow for appropriate risk reduction.
